6. Any additional supporting documents, such as references or endorsements, may be included as appendices to the proposal. However, these should be kept to a minimum and only include information that directly supports the proposal.

7. All proposals will be evaluated based on their adherence to the guidelines, the feasibility and creativity of the project, and the qualifications of the individual or team submitting the proposal.

8. The selected proposal will be notified within two weeks of the submission deadline. If your proposal is chosen, you will be asked to present your project in more detail to the selection committee.
